David has been the senior pastor of our church since 2000. He leads the team of elders, and is responsible for our church ministries.
Growing up on a farm in Indiana he started following Christ at the age of eighteen. After ten years of local and inter-church youth ministry, and while working as a production manager of a custom cabinetry company he was called to Vancouver for full time ministry. Starting in 1998 he served as the associate pastor of our church under the mentor-ship of the former senior pastor Barney Coombs.
David is married to Tina and has four children. His "hidden talents" include car mechanics and remodeling houses; he enjoys hiking, camping and sailing.
Addison has been the pastor of young adults and community engagement at our church since the summer of 2014. He is passionate about equipping the church to share its faith and to be a blessing in its communities.
Born and raised in the Yukon, Addison moved to BC and had a life-changing encounter with God during his second year at the University of Victoria. After graduating with a BA in Psychology, he committed 4 years to leading the Sunago campus ministry, a part of University Christian Ministries, at the University of Victoria and at Camosun College. He has a diploma of Christian Studies from Carey Theological College and is planning to complete his Masters of Biblical and Theological Studies from Knox Theological Seminary in January 2017.
Addison is married to Bethi and is the father of Isaiah, Joy, and Mabel. He enjoys hiking mountains and hanging out at beaches, a good thought-provoking book, an in-depth bible study, thinking about culture, talking philosophy and living a life that makes a difference. He has a passion for proclaiming God’s truth through poetry and preaching and is known to break-dance at weddings. On his personal blogs he writes about building bridges between our world and His word and shares peoples stories at Eastvanstories.ca. He also tells stories of people in our church and the good they're doing at WestCoastMissionaries.ca.
Dudu joined the staff team at WCCF in June of 2014 as an Executive Administrator. Her role includes coordinating with various ministries within WCCF, local churches and HR support for both the church and the school.
Dudu grew up in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, before migrating with her family to Vancouver, Canada in 1993. They joined WCCF 2 weeks after arriving in Canada and have been calling it home ever since. Dudu studied Music and Youth Leadership at Valor Christian College (World Harvest Bible College) in Columbus, OH for 4 years before doing an inner-city youth internship in Baltimore. After 5 years of living in the USA, she moved back to Vancouver and worked as an Office Manager for CHC Helicopter in Richmond, BC.
Dudu has been involved in various volunteer ministry areas here at WCCF. Her most favoured areas involve youth, music and sports! Her favourite pastime is coaching football and teaching dance. She is definitely partial to Emergency Responders (esp. Fire Fighters), Peyton Manning (Denver Broncos), Tim Duncan (San Antonio Spurs) and all things Texas. She’s in the process of completing her BA from University of Fredericton in Occupational Health & Safety and working on a Diploma from Bethel Church on Kingdom Administration.
